MoRo Prep provides Amazon returns processing, relabeling, inspection, repackaging, and FBA preparation services for businesses.
We operate solely as a service provider, not as a seller, distributor, or product owner.
Clients are responsible for:
Product ownership, authenticity, and compliance with Amazon policies
Accuracy of inventory details, labels, and instructions
Compliance with Canadian, U.S., and Amazon regulations
MoRo Prep does not verify product legality beyond basic service checks.
We do not:
Sell products on behalf of clients
Provide product sourcing, pricing, or sales advice
Guarantee Amazon account performance or acceptance
All business outcomes remain the client’s responsibility.
Our inspection services are visual and procedural only.
We do not test product functionality unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Returned or damaged items are handled based on client instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MoRo Prep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the affected items
We are not responsible for losses caused by:
Incorrect client instructions
Amazon decisions or policy changes
Carrier delays or force majeure events
Free or paid storage terms are defined per agreement
Inventory left without instruction for an extended period may be disposed of or returned at the client’s expense
All service fees must be paid as agreed
Additional services may incur additional charges
Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
Instructions are illegal or non-compliant
Payments are overdue
The service poses operational or legal risks
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
