About MoRo Prep | Your Canadian Amazon Prep Partner Since 2020
MoRo Prep is an Canadian Amazon FBA prep partner based in St. Thomas, Ontario, operated by MOROYAL INC, a Canadian Federal Corporation founded in 2016. Since launching our logistics division in 2020, we have processed over 1,000,000 units for 200+ overseas Amazon sellers — helping them clear returns, relabel inventory, and stay compliant with evolving Amazon FBA prep requirements. We operate as a neutral third-party service provider. Our only job is to move your Amazon inventory through the FBA system faster, cleaner, and more compliantly than you could from overseas — and to do it from a local Canadian warehouse that cuts days off your turnaround.

MoRo Prep was born in **2020**, when MOROYAL INC expanded its Canadian Federal Corporation operations into logistics, warehousing, and B2B fulfillment. We saw a clear gap: overseas sellers — particularly those shipping from China — needed a **local Canadian partner** who understood the day-to-day reality of Amazon returns, FNSKU relabeling, and regional fulfillment routing, but who would never become a competitor.
Five years later, that original focus has not changed. We are still a dedicated prep center, not a 3PL add-on, not a freight broker, not a reseller. Every piece of infrastructure we have built — warehouse layout, labeling workflow, FNSKU printing, photo documentation — exists for one purpose: **getting your inventory back into Amazon’s system the right way, the first time.**
Over that five-year stretch, we have handled every category of prep work the FBA ecosystem throws at a seller: removal orders, customer returns, damaged-unit triage, bundle deconstruction, poly-bag compliance, expiration date verification, and warehouse transfers between Amazon’s Canadian fulfillment centers.

These aren’t vanity numbers. They are the reason our clients trust us with time-sensitive removal orders and customer-return repair work: because we’ve already seen, sorted, relabeled, and reshipped the one million units before yours.

Our operations hub sits in St. Thomas, Ontario, directly along the Highway 401 corridor — Canada’s busiest east-west trucking artery.
Why St. Thomas matters for Amazon sellers:
– 15 minutes from YXU1, Amazon’s regional fulfillment node serving southwestern Ontario
– Direct 401 access to the Greater Toronto Area (YYZ cluster) within ~2 hours
– Lower operating overhead than GTA warehouses — savings we pass through in pricing
– Same-day pickup windows available for YXU1-routed inbound shipments
For sellers who have watched inventory sit stranded in GTA prep queues, this proximity is the difference between a 48-hour turnaround and a 10-day one.
Our registered Canadian warehouse address is used for all returns and inbound shipments. We provide full address details upon client onboarding.

We focus exclusively on four core prep-center services.
Poly-bagging, labeling, expiration date checks, bundle assembly, fragile-item protection, and all other standard Amazon prep requirements before your inventory enters a fulfillment center.
Customer returns stay in Canada at our warehouse — they don’t have to ship back to China, the US, or wherever your home operation is based. We inspect, grade, and route each unit locally based on your disposition rules — restock, repair, liquidate, or destroy.
For inventory that needs to move between Amazon ASINs, accounts, or marketplaces. High-volume label printing, barcode verification, and photo documentation of every relabel batch.
When Amazon removes inventory from FBA, we receive it, inspect it, and get it ready for resale, reshipment, or liquidation. We provide photo evidence of arrival condition for your protection.
A detailed breakdown of each service is available on our Amazon Prep Center page
MoRo Prep runs with a five-person operations team, each trained on the specific workflows that make prep work go wrong: mislabeled cartons, mixed-ASIN returns, expired consumables, poly-bag non-compliance, and Amazon’s evolving FBA rule changes.
We deliberately stay small. A lean team means every unit is handled by someone who knows your account’s rules — not a rotating staffing pool. When you contact us, you reach the same people who physically touched your inventory.
Leadership and client communication are handled by our Operations Team, reachable through our contact page or directly via WeChat for our Chinese-speaking clients.
Our primary client base is overseas Amazon sellers — roughly 85% shipping from China, with the remainder from the US, EU, and other Asian markets. Common client profiles include:
– Amazon Canada brand owners who need a local prep point for customer returns
– Cross-border sellers launching into Amazon.ca without a Canadian entity
– US-based brands expanding northward who need YXU1/YYZ routing support
– Chinese manufacturers shipping direct-to-FBA containers that need bonded-warehouse inspection and relabeling before Amazon check-in
MoRo Prep is a division of MOROYAL INC, a Canadian Federal Corporation established in 2016 (formerly Moroyal International Trade Co., Ltd., rebranded in 2025). MOROYAL’s other active divisions include a Canadian wellness and supplements business and a custom 3D printing studio.
For clients, this diversified structure means one thing: operational stability. MoRo Prep is not a single-service startup depending on one cash flow. It is a focused division inside a nine-year-old multi-revenue Canadian corporation. We plan for the long term because the parent company doe
Running a Canadian business means investing back into Canadian communities. Over the past two years, MOROYAL INC has donated a cumulative CAD $35,000+ in in-kind contributions to BFM Foundation Canada — the registered charity behind Mission Thrift Store — including approximately $25,000 in 2024 and an additional $10,000+ in 2025. BFM Foundation supports global Bible translation and community outreach through its network of Canadian thrift stores.
We also sponsor the St. Joseph’s Rams FNL football program, supporting youth athletics across Ontario. These aren’t marketing line items. They are part of how we define what it means to be a Canadian Federal Corporation worth doing business with.

If you are an overseas Amazon seller who needs:
– A local Canadian prep partner that is 15 minutes from YXU1
– Transparent pricing with clear line-item invoicing
– A 5-year operating track record inside a 9-year Canadian Federal Corporation
– 1,000,000+ units processed for 200+ overseas sellers
